The results represent a significant step forward across the portfolio, with 27 of 34 participating funds ranked in the top 20%, up from 16 in 2025.
Charter Hall Managing Director & Group CEO, David Harrison, said, “Our 2026 GRESB results reflect the continued integration of sustainability across our platform and the disciplined execution of our strategy. The improvement across our funds demonstrates the value of collaboration between our teams, customers and partners.”
“Our focus remains practical and outcomes-led. We’re optimising our assets to improve energy efficiency and lower operating costs, while procuring renewable electricity to power our portfolio and partnering with tenants to continue growing the 96MW of solar and 41MWh of battery capacity already installed across our assets. This work is supported by extending green ratings, improving performance data and strengthening fund-level governance, decarbonisation and electrification strategies.”
